OUR PIZZA

In this section, we will describe what real pizza napoletana is and how it differs from other types of pizza baked around the world. We will also present the unique ingredients that we use and why some of them come to us from the Campania region in Italy.

Pizza napoletana

The authentic Neapolitan pizza is prepared just before serving, based on high-quality, fresh Italian ingredients.

Short baking time about 60-90 sec. in a special Neapolitan pizza oven at a temperature of approx. 420°C makes a unique pizza on a light, slightly crispy dough, while maintaining the unique taste of fresh ingredients – San Marzano tomatoes, olive oil and basil.
