OUR PIZZA

Certified real neapolitan pizza

TUTTO A POSTO Pizza Napoletana has been a member of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) since June 2026, which means that we prepare authentic Neapolitan pizza according to the traditions preserved by the most respected masters of this craft in Naples.

Our pizza is distinguished by the unique flavor of high-quality ingredients, including sun-ripened Italian peeled tomatoes (pomodori pelati), creamy mozzarella from the Campania region, fresh basil leaves, and Italian extra virgin olive oil.

Our pizza is handmade using only four ingredients: Italian “00” flour, water, salt, and a small amount of yeast. The dough is left to mature at room temperature for a minimum of 24 hours and is then baked in a traditional Neapolitan oven at a temperature of approximately 450°C (840°F).

This dedication to tradition, combined with the proverbial la mano—the skilled hand of the Maestro Pizzaiolo—is what makes our pizza so special.

The pizzas on our menu are not chosen by chance. You will find traditional flavor combinations that are present in every great pizzeria in Naples, such as Pizza Margherita, Verace, Marinara, Diavola, Cotto e Funghi, Salsiccia e Patate, and Nutella Pizza.

Our goal is for every guest to experience the true taste of Naples here in our beautiful city of Rijeka.
